The group also noted that the industry’s bread-and-butter market – business travel – is undergoing significant changes that do not bode well for the airlines’ future. Starting on January 1 of this year, Alaska Lounge members no longer have access to the American Admirals Club at San Francisco International's Terminal 2. That means they can only use the Cathay Pacific lounge in the international Terminal, from which many (but not all) Alaska Airlines flights operate.
