In a funny gotcha segment last night Jon Stewart pointed out a CNN report on the dangers of texting while driving, when just a few days before, the same reporter, Kiran Chetry, demonstrated an iPhone app that shows real-time traffic info and suggested that it be used in the car. “This one’s for the New York area … ” Chetry says in the clip while Jon’s audience roars. Good eyes, Daily Show, but there’s just one little tiny thing: Both Jon Stewart and Kiran Chetry, like all Manhattan on-air talent, are picked up by Town Cars each day.
