Jennifer Geiger, 44, of Clearwater was arrested Tuesday and booked into the Pinellas County Jail after being charged with exploitation of an elderly or disabled person. According to Clearwater police, Geiger was the property manager at the condominium complex in Largo where a man in his 90s who has dementia owned two units.
