Emily Leayman , Patch Staff Posted | Updated Reply FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA — Two people have been arrested in the latest of a string of gaming machine thefts from 7-Eleven convenience stores in Fairfax County. Fairfax County Police had identified six thefts of gaming machines or money from gaming machines since late 2022. In all the incidents, the suspects enter 7-Eleven locations and remove gaming machines or open the machines to take money. The incidents happened in McLean, Springfield and Alexandria addresses in Fairfax County. Around 8:55 p.m. Tuesday, police were called to the latest incident at 7-Eleven, 8434 Frye Road, Alexandria in the Woodlawn area.
