Rep. Steve Watkins, a Kansas Republican, is facing a primary challenge from Kansas State Treasurer Jake LaTurner. The congressman was recently charged with three felonies related to voter fraud, including providing false information, voting without being qualified and unlawful advance voting, as well as a misdemeanor charge of failing to notify the DMV of change of address.
