5 Things Mobile Games Desperately Need
I play a lot of mobile gaming these days. Marvel Strike Force is my current favorite since Capcom shut down Puzzle Fighter, which was for my money the single best classic game update to mobile ever made. When I’m watching the news every night, fiddling with a game on my phone helps keep my hands from twitching whenever Donald Trump’s voice comes on. That said, there are some things I wish would become standard in mobile gaming in order to make the genre better. I’m talking these pop culture-heavy puzzle titles, not stuff like Monument Valley or Telltale titles. How can time-wasters improve?I tend to start a game, get the feel of how I want to play it and then restart them with that goal in mind. I’m sure I’m not the only one, especially with games that are heavily centered around character ability evolution. China has the largest video game market in the world, but the Chinese Government is clamping down on the booming industry.Tencent shares that has a market estimation of around HKD 3.25 trillion ($414.12 billion), fell as much as 5.4 percent, driving a slide in Chinese computer game companies.Tencent Holdings Ltd.'s (TCEHY) share price closed down 4.87% in Hong Kong on Friday after China's education authority unveiled new proposals to limit video game releases and the amount of time that young people spend playing online.
