The rate is made up of: A City of Chicago rate for treating and delivering water to Oak Lawn. An Oak Lawn rate for delivering water to Mokena and four other “downstream” communities. A Tinley Park rate for delivering water to Mokena and New Lenox. A local community rate for delivering water directly to Mokena residents and businesses. A $0.25/1,000 gallons adjustment in the 2023 fiscal year was agreed to by the Board. (CNN) Legendary musician Carlos Santana suffered a medical emergency Tuesday night during a performance in Michigan, according to his management team. Santana was "over-taken by heat exhaustion and dehydration," according to a statement by his management team posted on his official Facebook page. He was performing at Pine Knob Music Theatre, an outdoor amphitheater in Clarkston, which is about 40 miles outside of Detroit. Temperatures in Clarkston reached up to 90 degrees Tuesday, nearly 10 degrees above average, according to CNN meteorologist Robert Shackelford. "He had just started a song that was about joy and love," concertgoer Alisa Zee told CNN. "He called for healing for the world. It was during that song that he collapsed." On April 4, the same day that Musk initially revealed he had bought up a more than 9% stake in Twitter ( TWTR ) and become the company's largest shareholder, the SEC sent him a letter asking why he appeared to have delayed disclosing his stake in an apparent violation of securities law.
