French populist Marine Le Pen has announced she will be stepping down as leader of the National Rally to focus on her new parliamentary group after the RN outperformed expectations at last week’s elections, winning 89 seats. Ms Le Pen announced that she would not be resuming her position as president of the National Rally (RN), which she initially stepped away from to run for the French presidency earlier this year, following an election performance Sunday that outperformed prior polling projections. J.R. Majewski, the Republican candidate in Ohio’s 9th Congressional District looking to unseat longtime House Democrat Rep. Marcy Kaptur in November, told Breitbart News in an exclusive interview that he wants to focus on the truth, unlike his “career politician” opponent, who has been focusing on “slander” to win in November, according to Majewski. SURFSIDE, Fla. — One year after a 12-story condominium tower collapsed , killing 98 people, survivors are grappling with the trauma and grief as they try to heal emotionally and physically. A 15-year-old boy found alive in the rubble is gaining strength from starting a nonprofit group with his father after his mother was killed in the collapse, and a 73-year-old man is returning to his religious roots after he saw divine intervention in the experience. Jonah Handler, now 16, was one of the few people pulled from the rubble alive. His mother, Stacie Fang, 54, was killed. Jonah was home with Fang when the South Tower of the Champlain Towers complex fell, and she died shortly after she arrived at the hospital.
