David Giuliani , Patch Staff Posted | Updated Reply ELMHURST, IL – In recent days, Elmhurst police arrested people on charges of burglary, disorderly conduct, drug possession, leaving the scene of an accident and driving violations. Here is information from the reports: Burglary James F. Dalu, 34, of Chicago, was arrested about 1:30 p.m. Friday at Mariano's, 678 N. York, on charges of retail theft and burglary. According to a police report, officers attempted to stop Dalu, but he sped away. He was later found. A search of his car yielded stolen merchandise. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
