At the 3rd Annual Dreamin’ Big Bed Race in Farmington on Saturday, the Dream Team (“running for equality”) and Fairly Gnomal, the Farkas family from Virginia, ran three heats to determine the overall winner. In the first heat Fairly Gnomal, seen at right, maintained a strong start to finish first. The Farkas family ultimately won the race. The Dream Team includes Cheriann Harrison, left front, and Jan Collins, right front, both of Wilton. The Farkas family did not want to be identified individually. The race was among the Farmington Summer Fest activities.
