(AP) — University of Michigan President Mary Sue Coleman had not been drinking alcohol before making remarks at halftime of a football game, the school said in a statement Monday morning. “It was an unfortunate set of circumstances that led to the audio distortion,” spokesman Rick Fitzgerald said.
