Cindy Watts Nashville Tennessean Published 12:29 PM EST Mar 5, 2019 Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan, Keith Urban, Tim McGraw, Luke Combs, Miranda Lambert and Kane Brown are among the artists set to play CMA Fest's nightly concerts at Nissan Stadium this summer, the Country Music Association revealed Monday. CMA Fest is set for June 6-9 in downtown Nashville. The CMA shared lineups for three of the festival's multiple stages, including Nissan Stadium, The Chevy Riverfront Stage and the Budweiser Forever Country Stage. The latter two stages are free and open to the public. Access to the concerts in Nissan Stadium is part of CMA Fest's four-day pass, a limited number of which are still available. Artists play for free at CMA Fest, and proceeds from the sale of tickets go to the CMA Foundation, which supports music education in a variety of places including through public schools and community outreach programs. The stage, which is back for the third year, will host nightly concerts June 6-8. Performances will start at 6:30 p.m. nightly. In past years, admission to the concerts at Ascend Amphitheater during CMA Fest has been free. This year, the stage is ticketed. Admission is $66 for three-day reserved tickets, $25 for single-day reserved tickets, and $10 for single-day lawn seating, plus taxes and fees. But there’s more to CMA Fest than four days of music, and millions of dollars in economic impact each June in Nashville. An under-the-radar component of the annual festival is the CMA Foundation, the charitable sister organization of the Country Music Association. Soon to be members of the Country Music Hall of Fame, Brooks & Dunn is teaming up with the next generation of country singers for “CMT Crossroads: Brooks & Dunn and Friends.” The hour-long special will tape 8:30 p.m. June 4 on the corner of 5th and Broadway downtown Nashville. Fans are encouraged to arrive early as the event is standing-room only and entrance is on a first-come, first served basis.
