UVALDE, Texas — A gunman walked into a school here Tuesday and killed at least 21 people, including 19 children, in another mass shooting in an America that daily buries victims of gun violence amid divisive political debates over 2nd Amendment rights and the gaze of disbelief from the outside world. Abbott identified the suspect as Salvador Ramos, a Uvalde resident , who is also dead and acted alone, authorities said.
