Cherry Creek’s Parker Wolfe on Thursday was named the Gatorade Colorado cross country player of the year. Wolfe had finished third in the state championships the year prior. “Parker has taken about 30 seconds off his 5K time every year because of his constant dedication and focus,” Cherry Creek coach Ethan Dusto said in a news release. “He’s amazing at doing all the little things correctly, and does a great job of staying humble and being part of the team.” Wolfe, who has a 3.86 grade-point average, signed a National Letter of Intent to North Carolina for cross country and track and field. How to defeat Vladimir Putin
However much Western leaders may claim that they are not at war with Russia, Russian President Vladimir Putin Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin Sullivan: 'There will be consequences' if Navalny dies Macron: Russian presence at Ukraine border is 'absolutely counterproductive and unacceptable' Doctor says Navalny could die 'at any moment' MORE has made it crystal clear that Russia is at war with the West. A series of aggressive actions over the past decade leave no doubt that the Kremlin is battling Western interests and aims to expand the Russian state at the expense of its neighbors. The arms build-up next to Ukraine’s borders and in occupied Crimea are a continuation of the war against Russia’s most prized neighbor. An independent and successful Ukrainian state not only dents Russia’s imperial ambition; it also serves as a democratic model that can inspire Russia’s citizens to replace their kleptocratic autocracy. In response to Moscow’s cyber and disinformation attacks on the U.S., the Biden administration has imposed new economic sanctions . Washington must strengthen NATO’s eastern flank and demonstrate that it can rapidly deploy a substantial military ...
