The clip seems unremarkable — unless you know who’s lurking in the background. As the two Miami-bred athletes trade passes, a bulky man in a blue polo shirt leans on a squat rack nearby while nonchalantly scrolling on a cell phone. It’s certainly odd that Brown, a future hall-of-famer who recently signed with the Raiders after eight seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers, would be sharing workout space with the man, a Miamian named Michael Junco. That’s because Junco works as a health coach for a testosterone-dispensing anti-aging clinic called Nuceria, which is overseen by Dr. Pedro Bosch, who was previously listed as the medical director for the infamous Coral Gables clinic Biogenesis. In another clip of the same workout, Brown even throws the medicine ball back-and-forth with the interloper. “Come on, Mike, let me throw you a pass,” Brown says before chucking the ball at Junco’s chest.According to state records, Nuceria was established by … [Read more...] about Biogenesis Doctor Runs New Anti-Aging Clinic and an NFL Superstar Showed Up on Its Instagram

Some, like herself, have been diagnosed with celiac disease, while others may simply be more sensitive to gluten-containing foods. CULTURE & ARTS 11/21/2018 03:25 am ET In Catholic school, dead girls who avoided rape were role models. It's where I learned my sexuality didn’t belong to me, but any sins committed against it did. By Claire Fallon Maria Goretti was just 11 years old in 1902, when she was murdered while defending herself from a would-be rapist. Alessandro Serenelli, a young man who lived near her family in the Italian town of Le Ferriere, had been pestering her for sex for some time, and had decided to kill her if she refused again. Though he threatened her with a 10-inch awl, she continued to resist, yelling “God does not wish it!,” even as he began to stab her. She died of her injuries a day later. Serenelli later confirmed that he had not penetrated her ― you know, aside from the 14 stab wounds he inflicted on her with the awl. In short, upon her death, Maria remained a virgin. In 1950, she was sainted. There is, in truth, no shortage of girls and women who … [Read more...] about All The Murdered Virgin Saints And Me
Looking for news you can trust?Subscribe to our free newsletters. Before marching into the women’s health clinic in West Bloomfield Township, Michigan, on a freezing day last December, Monica Migliorino Miller and her compatriots paused to ask God to soften the hearts of the women inside to be open to their message. When Miller came through the entrance, the abortion clinic’s staff asked her to leave. Miller pushed past the receptionist, entered the waiting room, and began handing the clinic’s clients red roses with tags promising to help each woman “rediscover her own and her baby’s unique dignity.” Some of the clients were shuffled into a back room; one left. When the police arrived, Miller and the small group of Christian pro-life activists she was leading went limp on the floor. Miller was carried outside, where, along with four others, she was arrested. She was charged with trespass and obstructing a police officer. This was a tried-and-true … [Read more...] about The Militant Wing of the Anti-Abortion Movement Is Back—And It’s Never Been Closer to Victory
