I recently had a problem with the Weather Cannel Ez Crank Power Failure Flashlight not being a Crank but a plug-in flashlight. I never asked the Excalibur Company for a refund as the 40 minutes of light was pretty impressive and I wanted to keep the flashlights for Tornado season here in the midwest with or without a crank. I did post a disgruntled review and left the situation like that. A Excalibur company employee gently emailed me urging me to explain my dissatifaction. Her name is Gina Cruz and she is kind, thoughtful and understanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase a product from Excalibur again as their customer service is the best I have ever seen. I can’t say enough nice things about them but I am very grateful to The Excalibur Company for replacing my very stressed out opinion of their products into my sheer faith in their good will to the frugal consumers who trust Amazon.com to provide items we all need to live comfortably.
