I’m sorry, but I purchased this book just last week and I’m going to return it. When I first open the book it look like someone just typed the entire book, I knew I would not read this book when I first open it. Each page there is a scripture and looks like a very long paragraph, from top to bottom. The front of the book is very blurry. Still looking for a KJV devotion book.
AWESOME!!! Every christian woman should read this book. Finally, a book that is based on the true word of God, the King James Bible. I was so impressed with the way Kelly wrote this book. It is completely true and completely what a christian woman needs. It took me a while before I started to read the book because of the way it looked on the pages. It wasn’t inviting but the message says it all. Thank you for this book that speaks the truth about what the word of God says a Godly woman should be. AWESOME!!!
This is more than just ‘devotions’ it is a true map of how women of God should act. I can find NO fault with anything this writer has written and it is backed up Biblically. I really want to stress that this book is based on Scripture and sets examples as to how true women of God should act, NOT just another ‘touchy-feely’ emotional feel-good book. I have been looking for just such a book for a long time. WONDERFUL!!!
It is refreshing to find a devotional that uses only the King James Bible. So many of them use different translations through out the book that sound like poor paraphrases rather than God’s Word. It is good to find a devotional that does not do that. Not only does Mrs.Byrn use the correct version, she encourages the wife and mother in her walk with the Lord by using her own personal experiences. This devotional is encouraging and spiritually uplifting.
