Tyler Sullivan of Bristol is charged with criminal homicide. The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office is investigating.

LEVITTOWN, PA —The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office is investigating the death of a baby in Bristol on Wednesday night.
Tyler Patrick Sullivan, 30, of Bristol has been charged with criminal homicide, aggravated assault, and endangering the welfare of a child, court records state.
He was brought before District Judge Frank Peranteau Thursday morning and sent to the Bucks County Correctional Facility without bail due to the homicide charge.
Bucks County Coroner Meredith Buck said she will be performing an autopsy on the cause of death of the baby Thursday.
Manuel Gamiz, spokesman for the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office, said a news conference is planned for 11 a.m. Thursday regarding the case.
