Kevin Tresolini Delaware News Journal Published 12:00 PM EDT May 16, 2019 There’s a major change in the batting order for the Phillies in their 1:05 p.m. series finale against the Milwaukee Brewers at Citizens Bank Park on Thursday. Bryce Harper and Jean Segura have been flipped in the batting order, with Harper, who is hitting .220, going to the No. 2 spot and Segura, batting a lusty .313, hitting third. Segura has batted second and Harper third all season. After losing Tuesday and Wednesday while scoring just three runs, the Phillies aim to even the series before hosting Colorado for three games beginning Friday. Zach Eflin (5-3, 2.47), who has had three straight strong starts for the Phillies, opposes Zach Davies (4-0, 1.54).
