Police in Middletown are investigating the death of woman whose body was found in an apartment Thursday morning. The woman’s body was found inside the apartment in the first block of South Union Street, Press & Journal reports. The woman lived in an apartment above Roberto’s Pizza. The woman has not yet been identified, and the Dauphin County Coroner’s Office will determine the cause of her death. Detective Sgt. Gary Rux II told the news agency that there are enough “unanswered questions” to prompt a criminal investigation. “It is enough to merit a police investigation to determine where we go from here,” he said. “It raises suspicions. It may end up being natural.” There are no suspects, and no arrests have been made. Rux also said police consider the death an isolated incident, and there is no danger to the public, according to the report. Rux also said there was no evidence of illegal drugs inside the residence.
