SYRACUSE—N.Y. The Syracuse Downtown Committee and Advance Media New York hosted the second annual Holidays in the City on Saturday. The two day holiday experience is happening in downtown Syracuse. In the opening day the crowd got to visit live reindeer at Hanover Square, chat with Santa at the Galleries, let carolers entertain and stroll the Holiday Window Walk and take selfies at an interactive ice sculpture display. The MOST hosted a Polar Express Pajama Party. There was ice skating with Santa, and a Erie Canal Museum Gingerbread Exhibit. More than 20 businesses offered special holiday offers- all with a free shuttle. Holidays in the City continues through Sunday.
