Gang members have reportedly boasted about the fatal shooting of teenager Tanesha Melbourne in a series of social media posts. The 17-year-old was gunned down in Tottenham, north London, earlier this week. Her mother arrived at the scene before paramedics and watched as they tried to save her life. Neighbours and friends described her as “a good girl” and “lovely” member of the community. They said she was caught by chance in the middle of a postcode war between rival gangs. The “NPK” is believed to refer to Northumberland Park in Tottenham, where the gang is thought to be based.
