Max Londberg Cincinnati Enquirer Published 5:39 PM EDT May 17, 2019 An inmate escaped Friday shortly after noon from the Campbell County Detention Center, according to a trooper with the Kentucky State Police. The inmate, James Denny Jr., was serving a sentence after violating parole. His underlying charges were receiving stolen property and drug possession, said Trooper Charlie Loudermilk. Inmates at the facility are allowed out as part of a work release program, Loudermilk added. Denny is about 5 foot, 8 inches tall, 150 pounds and has brown hair. He is 47 years old.
